- How to apply online
You will need these...
- Personal photo (jpg/jpeg format in less than 50KB).
- Identity Card issued from Emirates Identity Authority (jpg/jpeg format in less than 2MB)
- Payment Card such as Credit /Debit Cards (Visa/MasterCard/Amex), e-Dirham.

What's next...
- Fill your application online and pay online.
- You will receive an SMS and e-mail notification with your application details.
- Once your application is approved / rejected, you will receive an SMS notification.
- Your Nol Blue Card will be delivered to you by the courier company. You should receive your card within 10 - 15 days, for any delays, please contact RTA Customer Service at 800 90 90.
